Verdex expands geographic scope

West Palm Beach-based Verdex Construction has started construction of the $13.5 million TownePlace Suites by Marriott Hotel in Port St. Lucie. The five-story building at 10460 SW Village Parkway will include 128 guest rooms, totaling 83,000 square feet. The developer is PSL Hospitality. “Verdex is strategically expanding its portfolio of projects across South Florida, and this marks our first project on the Treasure Coast,” says Verdex president Rex Kirby.
