Architect Peter Stromberg of Garcia Stromberg/GS4 Studios began the design process for the new Alina Residences Boca Raton by painting a picture of his vision for the project on a canvas. “Painting allows the aura and essence of the project to surface early and travel with the project throughout the development process, constantly manifesting architecture as art,” says Stromberg, who was previously profiled in SFBW. The 384-unit Alina will be built in two phases with three nine-story towers. It will have more than 32,000-square-feet of outdoor amenity space, including dining and entertainment areas and a rooftop pool deck. Prices start at less than $1 million and range to more than $6 million. Moss Construction is the contractor for the project by El-Ad National Properties.
