Sabal Development and Sabal Luxury Builder Reach Over $130 Million in Sales for 2021

With the housing market setting sales records record in 2021, Sabal Development and Sabal Luxury Builder were able to capitalize on the increased demand with a tremendous year in sales by surpassing the $130 million mark. By controlling the construction timeline and process from material sourcing to completion, Sabal Luxury Builder has become one of the primary companies for private luxury owners in South Florida.

Record-breaking sales in 2021 included the $29.5 million sale of 135 Palm Avenue in Miami Beach for $29.5 million, a $6.45 million property in Pompano Beach at 2305 N. Riverside Drive, another in Hillsboro Beach at 1105 Hillsboro Mile for $13.5 million and two in Miami at 4131 S. Douglas Road for $5.4 million and 830 NE 92nd Street for $1.85 million. Rounding out the rest of 2021 home sales are custom homes built in Miami Beach at 770 S. Shore Drive for $5.15 million, 860 S. Shore Drive for $5.9 million, 2211 Meridian Avenue for $5.5 million and 2035 Meridian Avenue for $5.05 million. Pending sales under contract and set to close in 2022 include homes at 165 N. Hibiscus Drive in Miami Beach (listed at $15.5 million), 79 N. Hibiscus Drive in Miami Beach (listed at $17.5 million) and 1370 S. Venetian in Miami (listed at $21.9 million).
