Marcus & Millichap Brokers Sale of 4.45-Acres of Land in Miami for Over $17 Million 

Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI) recently helped arrange the sale of a 12,000 square-foot warehouse/office on 4.45 acres of land near Miami International Airport at 3275-3295 Northwest 41st Street in Miami for $17.3 million.

“This sale is a further testament to the appetite for well-located industrial sites,” Landy Toledo says, First Vice President of Investments at Marcus & Millichap.

Toledo sourced the Seller of this off-market site within the Brownsville submarket. The buyer, a private investor, was also secured and represented by Toledo.
