DASH Real Estate Platform Expands Reach in Florida

The service was built exclusively for residential real estate agents.

DASH, the cutting-edge PropTech platform offering a comprehensive database of pre- and new development content for residential real estate agents, will expand its services to Tampa, St. Petersburg, Orlando, Jacksonville, and Naples in 2023. It also recently launched a new, free subscription plan for registered agents.

Within less than three months of its launch, the DASH platform has grown exponentially to showcase more than 147 projects across the Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County regions. The platform has received over 3,000 visits from real estate agents who have embraced its innovative PropTech tool. DASH continues to add new development projects as more real estate developers and agents join the platform. Market-ready, developer-approved content is delivered by DASH in a user-friendly platform, showcasing a wide range of new development inventory, including condominiums, hotel condominiums, penthouse residences, townhomes, and single-family home communities.

With the introduction of the DASH Basic subscription, agents can now have complete access to the entire DASH property database and individual property marketing materials. This subscription plan is designed to help agents research, discover, and bookmark new developments and identify available inventory and pricing.

“After our exceptional launch, agents, brokers, and developers alike are experiencing the benefits of utilizing a PropTech platform like DASH, replacing outdated tools such as Dropbox for a more seamless and efficient sharing of new development marketing content,” Len Dugow says, Founder and CEO of DASH. “Real estate professionals universally recognize the frustrations within the new development sales process, especially when locating, accessing, and disseminating accurate sales data and marketing content. With DASH, developers can transition from traditional file-sharing options to a more sophisticated and reliable developer-agent collaboration. We designed the platform with a laser focus on residential real estate, offering a level of service no other file-sharing system provides. Both agents and developers are beginning to see the difference.”

Real estate agents can sign up for the free DASH Basic plan today by providing a valid email address and proof of an active real estate license. The DASH Pro plan is also available for those interested in downloading unbranded marketing materials and accessing additional features. This plan comes with a complimentary 10-day trial and costs $79 monthly. With the Pro plan, agents can create portfolios to share with clients and gain access to advanced analytical data.

Drew Limsky

Editor-in-Chief

BIOGRAPHY

Drew Limsky joined Lifestyle Media Group in August 2020 as Editor-in-Chief of South Florida Business & Wealth. His first issue of SFBW, October 2020, heralded a reimagined structure, with new content categories and a slew of fresh visual themes. “As sort of a cross between Forbes and Robb Report, with a dash of GQ and Vogue,” Limsky says, “SFBW reflects South Florida’s increasingly sophisticated and dynamic business and cultural landscape.”

Limsky, an avid traveler, swimmer and film buff who holds a law degree and Ph.D. from New York University, likes to say, “I’m a doctor, but I can’t operate—except on your brand.” He wrote his dissertation on the nonfiction work of Joan Didion. Prior to that, Limsky received his B.A. in English, summa cum laude, from Emory University and earned his M.A. in literature at American University in connection with a Masters Scholar Award fellowship.

Limsky came to SFBW at the apex of a storied career in journalism and publishing that includes six previous lead editorial roles, including for some of the world’s best-known brands. He served as global editor-in-chief of Lexus magazine, founding editor-in-chief of custom lifestyle magazines for Cadillac and Holland America Line, and was the founding editor-in-chief of Modern Luxury Interiors South Florida. He also was the executive editor for B2B magazines for Acura and Honda Financial Services, and he served as travel editor for Conde Nast. Magazines under Limsky’s editorship have garnered more than 75 industry awards.

He has also written for many of the country’s top newspapers and magazines, including The New York Times, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Miami Herald, Boston Globe, USA Today, Worth, Robb Report, Afar, Time Out New York, National Geographic Traveler, Men’s Journal, Ritz-Carlton, Elite Traveler, Florida Design, Metropolis and Architectural Digest Mexico. His other clients have included Four Seasons, Acqualina Resort & Residences, Yahoo!, American Airlines, Wynn, Douglas Elliman and Corcoran. As an adjunct assistant professor, Limsky has taught journalism, film and creative writing at the City University of New York, Pace University, American University and other colleges.
