A Top Penthouse Sells at Auberge Beach Residences in Fort Lauderdale

The price is as eye-popping as the views.

Fortune Christie’s International Real Estate announced that its top-producing agents—Adam Elmer Jr. and Marie Mangouta of the Worth Group—recently represented the seller of Lower Penthouse One at Auberge Beach Residences in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Located at 2200 N. The sale set the record for the highest-priced residence sold in the tower in the last year, as well as the highest price per square foot for its stack in the building. The corner flow-through residence features 3,422 square feet of living space with panoramic exposure expanding east to west, including direct ocean views on the east wing, and Intracoastal and city views on the west wing, with spacious terraces on each side. Auberge Beach Residences was developed by Fortune International and the Related Group.
