Acqualina Penthouse Breaks a Record

Acqualina penthouse PH47 just sold for $27 million—that’s the highest-ever sale at Acqualina and the third-highest condo sale in Miami-Dade ever. The property features four bedrooms and seven baths within 9,103 square feet, plus a private pool. Vivi Wolak of One Sotheby’s International Realty represented the undisclosed buyer. The seller was represented by Karina Batievsky and Michael Goldstein with Acqualina Realty. The “sky garden” (pictured) is especially swoon-worthy.
