Atlantic Crossing gets major loan

The developer of the $300 million Atlantic Crossing in downtown Delray Beach has received a $94 million construction loan, The Real Deal reported. The Edwards Cos. of Columbus, Ohio, took the loan out with Fifth Third Bank. The project is under construction already.
