KAR Properties is poised to make a major statement with One River Point, which will have two 60-story towers rising 800 feet above the Miami River and connected by a skybridge on the 55th floor. The condominium development at 24 SW Fourth St.  will have private lobbies with 24-hour attendants, biometric security, two pools, a fitness center by The Wright Fit, on-site art storage, a spa for pets, a signature waterfront restaurant, curated gardens and a riverfront walk designed by Sasaki Associates. The 50,000-square-foot, private-member Sky Club will be curated by hotelier Adrian Zecha. The architect on the project is by the internationally renowned Rafael Viñoly.
