Icon Beach in Hollywood Begins Sales

The latest Icon residences offer water views and access to a dedicated marina and full-service beach club.

The official sales launch for Icon Beach Waterfront Residences (Icon Beach) is now underway. This refined evolution of the Icon brand, with interiors designed by the award-winning Meyer Davis, offers a haven of discreet luxury, style, and lifestyle. Icon Beach, developed by leading real estate developers BH Group and Related Group, offers exceptional amenities, luxury services, and views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal waterway.

“We are introducing a new level of bespoke luxury to the thriving Hollywood market—refined, exclusive and service-driven,” Nick Pérez says, president of the Related Group’s Condominium Development division. “Just steps away from the convention center, a soon-to-be-unveiled five-star beach club and the Atlantic, Icon Beach is the South Florida lifestyle distilled to its most desirable components.”

Located in a serene enclave along Hollywood’s pristine and sunlit shoreline, Icon Beach is set to provide a range of 350 one-to-three-bedroom waterfront residences spanning from 948 to 2,580 square feet. The interiors of these residences, designed by Meyer Davis, embody a standard for understated luxury and iconic design. Each space features floor-to-ceiling windows with sliding glass doors, open and light-filled master bedrooms, custom Italian cabinetry, imported finishes, and organic textures, all contributing to a chic and effortless aesthetic.

“Set perfectly between Miami’s global energy and the quiet elegance of Fort Lauderdale, Icon Beach offers a unique flavor for buyers looking to own a piece of South Florida,” Jon Paul Pérez says, president of the Related Group. “Our region continues to lead the national real estate market, reaffirming what our team has known all along South Florida, with all of its vibrancy and beauty, is here to stay.”

The Residences boast an array of top-notch amenities, covering an impressive 30,000 square feet of space. These include access to an on-site marina, a full-service beach club, a world-class health club, a spa, and a wellness center. In addition, the property features an expansive pool deck with amenities such as an outdoor cinema and summer kitchens. A spectacular waterfront event space is also available, along with a handpicked selection of museum-quality pieces from the Jorge M. Pérez Contemporary Art Collection.

“This is an all-star team behind an all-star project,” said Isaac Toledano, founder of BH Group. “From design to amenities to location, we are not compromising on our vision of delivering an iconic tower that is revered for years to come.”

Dezer Platinum Realty, led by Gil Dezer and Sebastian Tettamanti, is Related Group and BH Group’s exclusive sales and marketing partner. To learn more or schedule an appointment, please call 954-212-9145.

Editor-in-Chief

BIOGRAPHY

Drew Limsky joined Lifestyle Media Group in August 2020 as Editor-in-Chief of South Florida Business & Wealth. His first issue of SFBW, October 2020, heralded a reimagined structure, with new content categories and a slew of fresh visual themes. “As sort of a cross between Forbes and Robb Report, with a dash of GQ and Vogue,” Limsky says, “SFBW reflects South Florida’s increasingly sophisticated and dynamic business and cultural landscape.”

Limsky, an avid traveler, swimmer and film buff who holds a law degree and Ph.D. from New York University, likes to say, “I’m a doctor, but I can’t operate—except on your brand.” He wrote his dissertation on the nonfiction work of Joan Didion. Prior to that, Limsky received his B.A. in English, summa cum laude, from Emory University and earned his M.A. in literature at American University in connection with a Masters Scholar Award fellowship.

Limsky came to SFBW at the apex of a storied career in journalism and publishing that includes six previous lead editorial roles, including for some of the world’s best-known brands. He served as global editor-in-chief of Lexus magazine, founding editor-in-chief of custom lifestyle magazines for Cadillac and Holland America Line, and was the founding editor-in-chief of Modern Luxury Interiors South Florida. He also was the executive editor for B2B magazines for Acura and Honda Financial Services, and he served as travel editor for Conde Nast. Magazines under Limsky’s editorship have garnered more than 75 industry awards.

He has also written for many of the country’s top newspapers and magazines, including The New York Times, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Miami Herald, Boston Globe, USA Today, Worth, Robb Report, Afar, Time Out New York, National Geographic Traveler, Men’s Journal, Ritz-Carlton, Elite Traveler, Florida Design, Metropolis and Architectural Digest Mexico. His other clients have included Four Seasons, Acqualina Resort & Residences, Yahoo!, American Airlines, Wynn, Douglas Elliman and Corcoran. As an adjunct assistant professor, Limsky has taught journalism, film and creative writing at the City University of New York, Pace University, American University and other colleges.
