NuVerse Advisors Moves Headquarters From New York to South Florida

NuVerse Chairman Elias Saal

NuVerse Advisors LLC signed a long-term lease to occupy the 20th floor of the Optima Onyx Tower at 1010 S. Federal Hwy. in Hallandale Beach to serve as its global headquarters. The investment firm first entered the Florida Market in 2012 with the move of its chairman, trading and back-office functions to One Turnberry Place in Aventura.

“Expanding our office footprint in South Florida is an important part of our talent strategy to attract and retain the best and the brightest as we continue to grow our platform,” Elias Saal says, Chairman and Founding Managing Partner of NuVerse. “South Florida is quickly becoming an important financial hub, and we are excited to grow in such a diverse and vibrant region,”

“NuVerse Advisors’ decision to relocate its headquarters from the heart of New York City to Hallandale Beach demonstrates the attractiveness of Broward County and South Florida for headquarters,” Broward County Mayor Michael Udine says. “We look forward to the company’s growth and continued success.”
