Publix Super Markets bought a Coral Springs shopping center at 1300 and 1478 Coral Ridge Drive for $24.45 million.

Regency Centers sold Chapel Trail Plaza in Pembroke Pines to California investors for $14.1 million.

TD Bank named Nick Miceli regional president of Florida.
