Real Estate Group Nets $1 Billion in Sales to Begin 2021

In yet another sign of a sizzling real estate market in South Florida, The Jills Zeder Group recently reported $1 billion in sales in a little over four months to begin 2021. Since the beginning of the year, the luxury real estate group (affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty in Florida) closed nearly 160 real estate transactions.

From Jan. 1 to May 11, 2021, the real estate group was able to match its previous record of $1 billion of sales set in 2020.

In the past year, home values in Fort Lauderdale have risen by 9% with an average of $381,677, according to Zillow.
