Realtor Spotlight: Brian Rokicki

Scant inventory doesn't keep this Miami Realtor from closing major deals.

Born and raised in the Boston suburbs, Brian Rokicki has become a fixture in Miami real estate, currently as a Realtor at Compass, with a knack for steering clients to properties like 1075 NE 99th St., Miami Shores, which closed for $2 million (pictured) and 1651 13th Ave., Brickell Estates, listed for $3.4 million. An avid traveler, Brian is still drawn back to Massachusetts every summer—especially Provincetown (below, left), when he can bear to leave his French bulldog, Franny.
