Two sales in Fort Lauderdale’s booming Flagler Village broke pricing records for the neighborhood, Native Realty reports. Native Realty founder and CEO Jaime Sturgis closed the sales of the Flagler Uptown and Hive mixed-use buildings for $6.625 million each. Flagler Uptown traded for $362 a square foot ($267 a square foot counting land), while The Hive changed hands for $428 a square foot ($228 counting land). Miami-based Tricera Capital and RRE Investments was the buyer on both deals.
