Salato Pompano Beach Receives $74 Million Construction Loan

The property is set for groundbreaking.

After securing a $73.8 million construction facility from Maxim Capital Group and BH3 Management last month, U.S. Development is gearing up to commence construction of Salato Pompano Beach, a unique boutique ultra-luxury development along the city’s coastline. The project is anticipated to be completed before the end of the 2026 season.

Salato sold 40% of its units even before construction, attracting interest from local, domestic and international buyers due to its unique blend of privacy, amenities and lifestyle. The 40 private residences, spacious terraces, and exceptional amenities set it apart from the existing options in Pompano Beach.

“We are thrilled to obtain our construction financing and break ground on Salato,” says John Farina, CEO of U.S. Development. “It could not be a more ideal time to start construction, as we near the start of the upcoming season.”

Just opposite Pompano Beach’s oceanfront and a short walk from Pompano Pier, Salato offers 40 residences, including six stunning penthouses. These residences were designed by Randall Stofft Architects and have interiors by Steven G. They feature floor-to-ceiling windows with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, direct beach access, and over 20,000 square feet of amenities crafted to evoke the ambiance of a world-class luxury resort.

“This significant milestone is a testament to our belief that luxury buyers in Pompano Beach desire a boutique alternative,” says Dustin Salzano, CFO of U.S. Development. “This intimate building, with four elevators for 40 residences and over 20,000 square feet of amenities, offers intimacy and the feel of single-family living.”

Salato offers 2,700 square feet of retail commercial space facing A1A. The developer aims to introduce a well-known restaurant concept to enhance the amenities available to Salato residents and the Pompano Beach community.

The individual residences at Salato offer spacious floorplans ranging from 2,106 to 3,354 square feet. Each residence features wide living spaces and expansive 14-foot-deep terraces, ranging from 320 to 746 square feet, providing ample space for open-air gatherings. Salato’s amenities are akin to those found in five-star resorts, including an ocean view pool and spa, poolside lounge suite with a covered bar and loggia, dry saunas and steam showers, massage room, state-of-the-art fitness center and an event space equipped with a private catering kitchen.

Douglas Elliman Development Marketing (DEDM) oversees sales at Salato, while IMI Worldwide handles marketing. Jason Krane of Ackman-Ziff arranged the construction financing.

Prices at Salato begin at just under $2 million. For more information and to schedule a private appointment, visit SalatoResidences.com or contact 954-284-0090. Salato’s sales gallery is at 3200 E. Atlantic Blvd., just a few blocks from the project site.
