Sales Begin for EDITION Residences Fort Lauderdale

EDITION Residences Fort Lauderdale, featuring two 11-story towers offering 65 spacious residences, has begun accepting sales. Located at 551 Bayshore Drive, the design of the residences was inspired by the beauty of the local waterways along the intracoastal. The property developers are Miami-based real estate investment platform Location Ventures and Marriott International’s EDITION Hotels. A grand, double-height entrance will connect the two towers offering two-bedroom to four-bedroom floor plans ranging between 1,710 to 4,660 square feet, along with nine villas and four penthouses.

Resort-style living includes paths leading to a relaxing outdoor meditation walkway with meditation bowls and an intracoastal riverwalk complete with temporary dockage for small boats. A moonroof and sunroof will provide entertainment areas featuring an outdoor summer kitchen, movie screen and large fire pit. The luxury residences will also feature two pools, including an oversized resort-style pool surrounded by sunbeds and private cabanas. A Health and Wellness Center will include areas for pilates, yoga, training and stretching.
