Sales Commence for Marina Landings in Fort Lauderdale

The luxury gated community represents the only housing development on the market in the East Fort Lauderdale area.

Homes inside Marina Landings, a new luxury gated community, are now available for sale in East Fort Lauderdale. It is the only newly built private housing development in the neighborhood and offers 34 single-family residences expected to be delivered in 2024. 13th Floor Homes is building the development, the homebuilding division of 13th Floor Investments, which acquired approximately five acres of land for this project. Groundbreaking is expected to take place later this year.

The development features two-story homes with four distinct floorplans and customizable architectural elevations in Contemporary, Coastal and Mediterranean styles. These homes are approximately 2,800 square feet and come with meticulously chosen designer finish packages. Each home includes four bedrooms, three or three and a half bathrooms, two-car garages, contemporary open-concept living areas, gourmet kitchens, top-of-the-line appliances, high-end finishes, grand master suites and private outdoor spaces. Additionally, these luxurious homes are priced from the low $1 million.

“Marina Landings presents an unprecedented opportunity for families to nestle in one of South Florida’s most desirable neighborhoods,” Mike Nunziata says, Division President of 13th Floor Homes. “The development will feature design-driven homes within an established neighborhood proximate to it all.”

Marina Landings features a prime centralized location near hundreds of top shopping, dining, entertainment, arts, and cultural experiences. Brightline’s Fort Lauderdale Station is just minutes away, providing high-speed rail access to and from Miami, Aventura, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, and eventually Orlando.

13th Floor Homes has appointed the DOTOLI Group at COMPASS to spearhead the sales and marketing effort for Marina Landings.

“Marina Landings’ location is unparalleled, with easy access to highways, dining, and entertainment options in Greater Fort Lauderdale, as well as the stunning coastline and beaches,” Josh Dotoli says, Principal of the DOTOLI Group. “You rarely find homes with great design and luxurious amenities that still offer exceptional value. We are setting the standard for upscale living in South Florida.”

As the newest addition to 13th Floor Homes’ impressive portfolio in South Florida, Marina Landings joins the company’s previously developed 1,100 homes and 3,500 homesites across the region in the past decade. The company currently has four active communities under development, encompassing over 500 homes.
