Sommsation Celebrates “Liquid Art” During Miami Art Week

The state-of-the-art wine experience platform is the official Wine Experience sponsor of SCOPE Art Show 2023.

Sommsation is returning to Art Basel as the official Wine Experience sponsor of SCOPE Art Show 2023. The partnership between the two is a perfect blend of art and innovation. Sommsation is a tech platform that connects consumers with top independent artisan wineries and world-class sommeliers. SCOPE Art Show has pioneered the art market for over 20 years, providing a platform for experiential innovation and discovery within the ultra-contemporary art market. In 2023, Sommsation will be fully active at all events and experiences at the SCOPE Art Show, which will take place on the sands of Miami Beach amidst the iconic architecture of Ocean Drive and 8th Street from Dec. 5 to Dec. 10.

During the six-day event, Sommsation aims to showcase an experience of “Liquid Art” that honors the timeless connection between “Art and Wine” and the artistry of winemaking, tasting, and purchasing. Visitors will discover sommelier-curated collections of artisanal wines from leading independent wineries, featuring vintages from Flâneur, Sleight of Hand, McBride Sisters wine company, and other renowned brands. Additionally, they can explore 110 diverse exhibitors from over 27 countries.

Sommsation is set to host live wine tastings with their expert sommeliers at their custom Liquid Art exhibit, which is located at the entrance of the New Contemporary Atrium and South Beach Lounge. Guests can also use on-site touchscreen kiosks to experience interactive tasting guides and wine-buying recommendations. Additionally, guests can take advantage of Sommsation’s newly launched virtual gift-giving concierge service, allowing them to shop and send an exquisite collection of elegant and sophisticated wine gifts from acclaimed independent wineries to delight even the most discerning oenophile. This gives guests a head-start on their holiday shopping while enhancing their overall engagement experience.

Attendees can purchase various virtual, in-person, or hybrid sommelier-led “wine-tasting experiences” in their homes or any location, all of which are elegantly led by one of their 30-plus world-class sommeliers. Each tasting experience gift comes with tasting notes and information about the winery and wines’ origins, chilling and food pairing recommendations, and the option for a personalized gift message. It is the perfect gift for any art gallery and wine enthusiast. Additionally, select VIP invitees will be invited to a unique gifting experience that includes a range of wine tools and wine shipments.

“Strategically, Art and Wine have always paired as the perfect sophisticated experience, and as a Wine Experience company, it just makes sense for us to be front and center with SCOPE Art Show during Miami Art Week and reach the 100,000 plus attendees all looking to grow their art and wine collections,” Danielle Diliberti says, CEO of Sommsation. “Equally as important, we look forward to forging relationships with all the participating art galleries and introduce how, by a simple transaction at www.sommsation.com, galleries and art shows can receive a range of meticulously hand-selected wines, world-class sommeliers, and tasting experiences that will elevate any art gallery event.”
