South Beach is the newest outpost for Chotto Matte, whose Peruvian/Japanese fusion cuisine is already known in London and soon to be in Toronto. The idea is for each person to order four to five small plates. We suggest going the whole megillah with the $75-a-person, nine-course tasting menu of canchas corn puffs, tuna sashimi tostaditas, inside-out sushi rolls, beef fillet tataki, calamari tempura, black cod in a yellow chili miso, branzino with yuzu truffle soy, marinated smoked lamb chops and dessert.
