Verdex expands geographic scope

West Palm Beach-based Verdex Construction has started construction of theĀ $13.5 million TownePlace Suites by Marriott HotelĀ in Port St. Lucie. The five-story building at 10460 SW Village Parkway will include 128 guest rooms, totaling 83,000 square feet. The developer is PSL Hospitality. ā€œVerdex is strategically expanding its portfolio of projects across South Florida, and this marks our first project on the Treasure Coast,ā€ says Verdex president Rex Kirby.
