Vision Board: Charles J. Foschini

The three-time University of Miami graduate (he holds a bachelor’s, J.D. and MBA ) moved to Miami from New Jersey in 1983, and never looked back. Over the course of his career, he and his team have helped many of South Florida’s most prominent real estate players secure the financing—loans in excess of $100 million at times—necessary to realize their vision. He closed a $97 million construction loan for Las Marinas during the pandemic and provided a loan for Gateway at Wynwood. Adventures on land (Stonehenge) and out on the water—Galapagos, the Everglades—satisfy his yen for exploration.
