The first new luxury condominium in many years on Palm Beach’s Singer Island has been completed. Nearly all of the property’s 58 units have been sold, although a few units recently were available, from $1.5 million to nearly $8 million for a penthouse. The north penthouse sold for $1,176 per square foot—called the highest price per square foot for a condo in Singer Island history.
The VistaBlue site includes boardwalks, dunes and a deep beach. Amenities include an elevated pool terrace and sun deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, a club room, a social lounge with two bars and an 840-bottle wine storage wall, and a fitness center with men’s and women’s saunas. The lobby features a two-story, back-lit marble wall.
Third Palm Capital is the developer, and Wieland is the contractor. vistabluesingerisland.com
