Luxury Real Estate Development to Launch in West Palm Beach

Terra and Sympatico Real Estate will lead the project, with Douglas Elliman managing sales for the condo component.

West Palm Beach is set to welcome its first-ever branded luxury real estate development in 2026. The project is a collaboration between Terra, one of South Florida’s most active real estate development firms, and the Palm Beach-based Morrison family’s Sympatico Real Estate. The companies announced plans to begin building Mr. C Hotel & Residences in West Palm Beach in early 2024. The development will be situated at 320 Lakeview Ave. It will feature a 25-story condominium hotel with 110 rooms and 146 branded residences in the heart of Downtown West Palm Beach along South Dixie Highway. The project will boast several standout features, including a signature Bellini restaurant and lounge and an exceptional rooftop pool deck offering unobstructed views of Palm Beach and the Atlantic Ocean.

The upcoming project will be Terra’s first project in Palm Beach County and the third property in South Florida for the Mr. C brand. The brand’s two Miami properties, the Mr. C Miami Coconut Grove Hotel and the Mr. C Residences in Coconut Grove, have been successful, with the latter nearing completion this year.

The residences available will range from one to four bedrooms, measuring between 830 and 2,200 square feet. In addition, owners on particular floors can enter their units into the property’s hotel rental program. It is expected that sales will begin this month.

“Downtown West Palm Beach is emerging as one of South Florida’s most exciting, fastest growing neighborhoods,” David Martin says, CEO of Terra. “We’re seeing great demand from buyers seeking highly curated residences with exceptional resort amenities. The Mr. C brand is synonymous with glamorous modern living combined with a unique level of service, design, and sophisticated dining and social spaces. We’ve had strong sales at our Mr. C Residences project in Coconut Grove, and we’re excited to be partnering once again with Ignazio and Maggio for our firm’s first development in West Palm Beach.”

The birth of the first Mr. C hotel in Beverly Hills, CA in June 2011, marked the beginning of a new era in contemporary hospitality for the brand that seamlessly blends timeless elegance with modern comforts. Since then, the Mr. C brand has expanded to include hotels in New York City, such as the Mr. C Seaport and Miami, including the Mr. C Miami Coconut Grove. The company has also ventured into the residential sector, with Mr. C Residences currently being developed in Coconut Grove and Jumeirah.

“Mr. C represents a modern interpretation of old-world sensibilities, and my brother and I are very proud to add this exciting new location to our expanding brand,” Ignazio Cipriani says, Co-Owner of Mr. C Hotels. “We are happy to align our vision once again with Terra, whose partnership and professionalism we value very much, and add a new relationship with Sympatico, whose reputation is well known in the South Florida market.”

The design of Mr. C Hotel & Residences in West Palm Beach will be led by the award-winning firm Arquitectonica, with Landscape Design Workshop responsible for the property’s lush landscaping. Meyer Davis will collaborate with Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani to curate the interiors and amenities, incorporating the brand’s signature design cues.

The residential community will offer a range of amenities such as a fitness center, a spa, a yoga studio, a co-working lounge center, a dog run, a Bocce court, and a resort-style pool deck with cabanas, a children’s playground and a barbecue area. The hotel will provide its guests with a Bellini café and restaurant, a ballroom, a lounge room, a Niche library, a rooftop pool, a lounge and a jacuzzi area with fully serviced cabanas.
