Native Realty expanded its team of real estate professionals by acquiring No Limit Real Estate, a full-service brokerage with 18 agents based in Fort Lauderdale. In 2023, No Limit recorded a volume of $70 million by guiding clients in residential transactions, commercial real estate leasing and investment sales, and development-related services. No Limit was founded about a decade ago by lifelong friends and South Florida natives Kyle Sorel and Jordan Cohen, who developed a formidable team of agents and gained considerable market share.
“Kyle, Jordan and the entire team at No Limit Real Estate share our passion for shaping South Florida neighborhoods through thoughtful curation,” Sturgis says. “They also bring vast knowledge and relationships that span all real estate product types. The timing of No Limit’s arrival is ideal and bolsters our commercial and residential real estate capabilities.”
The arrival of No Limit brings further vertical integration to Native through its construction capabilities. This event has marked Native’s strategic expansion over the past few months.
“Over the course of numerous conversations with Jaime Sturgis, someone we have certainly admired from afar, it became clear that we are like-minded individuals with the same vision and approach,” Sorel says. “We are going to accomplish amazing things together at Native.”
In November 2023, Native added several residential agents, led by Whitney Dutton, to its team. With this strategic move, the company aims to offer the same top-notch service to residential buyers and sellers that it has provided to commercial real estate clients for many years. Also, Dan Ross was promoted to Executive Director – Commercial at Native. In his new capacity, he is responsible for leading Native’s commercial agents’ teams and providing them with the necessary training, mentorship, and guidance to achieve success.
Native’s office spans 4,000 square feet and is situated at 1926 E. Sunrise Blvd. in the Victoria Park neighborhood.
