PulteGroup Reveals Single-Family Community in Broward County

The national home builder purchased a 30-acre development site in Davie.

PulteGroup has acquired 30.7 acres in Davie to develop Marigold, a 60-home community of single-family residences featuring contemporary farmhouse-style designs. Many of the homes will have beautiful views of the lakes. The new community will be constructed on the site of a former ornamental plant nursery on the east side of South Pine Island Road between Griffin and Stirling roads. Prices range from the $400s to over $5 million. The gated community will have a park and gazebo, with more amenities and home designs to be announced soon.

“With land incredibly scarce in Broward County, this will present a rare opportunity for a family to live in a single-family home in a well-located area,” Brent Baker says, PulteGroup’s Southeast Florida Division President.

PulteGroup’s Southeast Florida division builds homes from Broward County to Indian River County under the Pulte Homes, DiVosta and Del Webb brands. The business is one of America’s largest homebuilding companies, with operations in more than 45 markets throughout the U.S.

Prospective homeowners at Marigold can add their names to the interest list by calling 954-280-1005 or signing up as a VIP lead at www.pulte.com/marigold.
