Groundbreaking of 2200 Brickell Commences

The 105-residence boutique luxury condominium will feature a wellness-oriented living experience.

The official groundbreaking ceremony for 2200 Brickell has commenced. This luxury mid-rise condominium property at 2200 Brickell Ave. is a five-story boutique development comprising 105 residences that balance vibrant urban living and a tranquil tropical escape, redefining what it means to live in Brickell. Aria Development Group, Largo, and Place Projects are the developers of this property, which is slated for completion in 2026. OneWorld Properties serves as the exclusive brokerage for 2200 Brickell.

“2200 Brickell is perfectly positioned to welcome residents into one of Miami’s most dynamic and sought-after neighborhoods,” David Arditi says, Principal and Co-founder of Aria Development Group. “Brickell is the thriving business capital of Miami and offers the best of city living as the home to world-class brands as well as top restaurants, luxury shopping, and nightlife. 2200 Brickell’s prime location provides a balance between the city center in Brickell and the tranquility of nearby Key Biscayne and Coconut Grove.”

The residences at 2200 Brickell were designed by Revuelta Architecture International, with interiors by ODA New York. They aimed to enhance the quality of life of all residents through a fusion of organic and geometric design, a unique feature that sets this property apart. The property offers one-, two-, three—, and four-bedroom condominiums and garden villas ranging from 1,200 to 2,100 square feet. The building is WELL Certified, adhering to the WELL Building Standard™, which focuses on ensuring the health and wellness of residents by creating a positive human experience. This standard is centered around 10 core concepts, including light, movement, nourishment, materials, mind, and community.

“2200 Brickell is excited to offer residents an incomparable living experience that optimizes their health, happiness, and overall well-being, with its impressive array of amenities and wellness-focused features at the forefront of this commitment,” Nick Werner says, Founder of Largo. “We wanted to give residents the ability to curate their ideal lifestyle. Whether they want to be active in our world-class indoor fitness center or enjoy a workout at the rooftop fitness area, have friends over in the bike lounge before a ride to Key Biscayne, or play pickleball, 2200 will provide it all at their fingertips. After some physical activity, they can walk into the heart of Brickell to explore the best of Miami’s restaurants and bars.”

2200 Brickell is slated to offer its residents an impressive range of amenities, each designed to enhance their living experience. These include a one-acre rooftop space that boasts an array of elevated amenities and a lush, sun-drenched landscape. The rooftop space is a unique feature that includes a resort-style pool, an outdoor spa with pool-side cabanas, a pickleball court, a summer kitchen with multiple seating areas, an outdoor fitness area designed by Homage Fitness, a children’s play area designed by Silver Hill Arts, and a quarter-mile walking track.

In addition to the rooftop space, the property will offer other amenities such as a cycling lounge and workshop with bicycle storage, a custom children’s playroom designed by Silver Hill Arts, a world-class state-of-the-art fitness center designed by Homage Fitness, a wellness lounge with a treatment room and sauna, dedicated work from home suites with a conference room, a resident lounge and entertaining space, Luxer One automated parcel storage featuring a contactless digital package delivery system with cold storage, and a double-height, 24-hour attended lobby.
