“At ANF, we pride ourselves on building the spaces that shape Florida’s future. Receiving this prestigious honor from the AGC of South Florida validates our passion for constructing projects that benefit our local communities. These projects stand as shining examples of what happens when safety, quality, and community-focused construction come together,” said Al Fernandez, CEO of ANF.
Located on Josie Billie Highway, the Big Cypress Senior Center spans approximately 21,000 square feet and includes a cafeteria/flex area, commercial kitchen, game room, pottery lab, fitness room, showers, and administrative offices. The facility is also designed to serve as an event space and hurricane shelter and is equipped with a full-building generator. Adjacent to the senior center, the 34,700-square-foot Big Cypress Preschool includes classrooms, a kitchen, cafeteria, administrative space, and an open-air playground.
