Andare Residences by Pininfarina Breaking Ground on Las Olas

Delivery of completed units is expected to take 24 to 28 months after construction begins.

Andare Residences by Pininfarina, the first luxury condo to rise above Las Olas Boulevard in 20 years and set to be the tallest residential structure in Broward County, will break ground on Tuesday, May 13.

Nick Pérez, Related Group’s Condo President, and Fort Lauderdale Mayor Dean Trantalis will be on hand for the ceremony, along with executives from Pininfarina of America. Pininfarina is best known for pioneering exceptional design more than 90 years, creating the original Ferrari.

Back in March, The Restaurant People co-founder and CEO Tim Petrillo purchased a ground floor restaurant space in the building for a reported $3.6 million. Petrillo’s company is known for local dining concepts such as Yolo, Boatyard, Rosa Sky and Giselle Miami.

The property will also house a 46th-floor penthouse, which will be the highest residence in all of Broward County once completed. The open-plan unit, one of two in the tower, will feature a 745-square-foot undulating terrace, two private elevators, 15-foot ceilings throughout and floor-to-ceiling glass walls.

As of April 10, 2025, about 20% of buyers had purchased combined units.

Andare Residences is located at 521 E. Las Olas Blvd.
