Greenview at Presidential, a new gated community of 103 luxury single-family homes near Aventura, has tapped Douglas Elliman Development Marketing to handle sales as the project begins welcoming residents.
Developed by Lennar and South Florida-based BH Group, Greenview at Presidential is billed as the first new luxury single-family estate community to debut in the Aventura area in more than 25 years. The homes, located on more than 100 acres at 19200 NE 14th Court, are move-in ready, with prices starting at $2.6 million.
The community includes two home collections — the Estate Collection and Presidential Collection — with floor plans ranging from 4,324 to 5,828 square feet and four to six bedrooms.
Homes feature private pools and spas, quartz countertops and kitchens equipped with Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove appliances. Select residences also include Lennar’s Next Gen suite, a separate living space with its own entrance, bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchenette designed for multigenerational households or home offices.
“Greenview at Presidential is a landmark of legacy and exclusivity for the Aventura area, built to be cherished for generations,” BH Group founder and CEO Isaac Toledano said in announcing Douglas Elliman’s appointment.
Amenities center on a lakefront clubhouse with a fitness and wellness center, resort-style swimming pool, cabanas, lounging decks, and a children’s play area. The property also includes 26 acres of private walking and biking paths, landscaped green spaces and outdoor recreation areas, along with a 24-hour staffed guardhouse.
Douglas Elliman Development Marketing will oversee sales and marketing for the community, using the brokerage’s international network to reach prospective buyers.
The location puts residents near Aventura’s restaurants and shopping, as well as private schools, beaches, golf courses and other destinations throughout northern Miami-Dade County.
