Where it happens

Music star Pitbull is known as Mr. 305 and will soon have a restaurant and club to match his moniker. iLov305 will open this summer inside the Bon Air Hotel on Ocean Drive in Miami Beach.

The overall 9,000-square-foot, two-level concept is being called “Where What Happens, Never Happened,” and will include a restaurant, three VIP rooms, four bars and a private room that can be rented when Pitbull isn’t using it.

Guests will be greeted by cigar rollers adjacent and a daiquiri bar featuring an old Havana club aesthetic with tropical décor and green accents. The dining room will have gold and bronze accents, Spanish tile and crystal lighting. Echeverria Design Group of Coral Gables is the designer. The Pitbull Voli bar in the dining room will offer specialty drinks and another bar will have more than 50 different mojitos.
