Located at 351 San Lorenzo Avenue, The Avenue Coral Gables Hotel & Residences is being developed by Roger Development Group, a Coral Gables-based family-owned, fully integrated real estate development and management company.

Designed by Bermello Ajamil & Partners with fully-furnished interiors by celebrated interior designer Adriana Hoyos Design Studio, best known for world-class tropical luxury-inspired interiors, The Avenue Coral Gables Hotel & Residences is an 8-story boutique building and condo hotel, with a collection of 48 residences.
