Developers Unveil Limited Penthouse Collection for Sale

As competition for residential real estate continues to reach new heights in Miami, OKO Group and Cain International recently announced its Penthouse Collection at Una Residences are now available for purchase.

The 47-story luxury condominium property will become the first waterfront residential tower in Brickell in over 10 years. While not scheduled for occupancy until 2023, demand is soaring, with an estimated 85% of the condo’s 135 units already sold.

“Una Residences is a building without peer in its submarket and our success to date is reflective of that. With no other new, direct waterfront condo developments between Brickell and Coconut Grove, Una has demonstrated significant demand, particularly from domestic buyers,” says Jonathan Goldstein, CEO of Cain International, which is developing the property along with OKO. “Its success reinforces our belief in Miami’s future as a leading global gateway city and we are confident that with the unveiling of the Penthouse Collection, we will continue to see strong interest in what is now widely recognized as one of Miami’s premier residential addresses.”

The unveiling of the Una Penthouse Collection reveals a mix of spacious single-story corner residences (priced from about $7.1 million) along with three-story triplex upper penthouses (priced from about $21.6 million) featuring large open-air private rooftop decks, with a lap pool and plunge pool, a summer kitchen, sauna and steam room.

“The Penthouse Collection at Una Residences will evoke the natural beauty of Brickell’s urban, waterfront environment and bring a timeless elegance to Miami,” says Vanessa Grout, CEO of OKO Real Estate. “Our penthouse residents will enjoy expansive floorplans and oversized outdoor living spaces designed to feel like a true single-family home in the sky with unobstructed 180-degree ocean and bay views plus all the benefits of the building’s serene location and unmatched amenity offerings.”

All penthouses come fully finished and include private elevator entry, superior finishes and fixtures, and panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. Layouts include 4,735 square feet of interior living space, with 796 square feet of outdoor space.
