DiVosta Unveils New Private Enclave of Luxury Estate Homes in Jupiter

The Retreat at Bridgewater will feature homes on two-to-five-acre sites with guest houses and detached garages.

The luxury home brand offered by PulteGroup, DiVosta, has recently started selling properties at The Retreat at Bridgewater. This private enclave comprises seven estate homes in a secluded area of the Bridgewater community, currently being constructed in Jupiter. The buyers of these properties will enjoy a main house, a separate one-bedroom, two-bathroom guest house spanning across 1,803 square feet, and a detached four-car garage. Three different floor plans are available for buyers, each with a water and preserve view. The prices for these properties start at $5 million.

“The Retreat at Bridgewater represents our most elite offering in South Florida in terms of home and homesite size,” Brent Baker says, PulteGroup’s Southeast Florida Division President. “It is for a family who highly values personal space and privacy.”

The Aventura Grand design has a starting area of 5,638 square feet and comprises five-and-six-bedroom floorplans, offering up to seven and a half bathrooms and a seven-car garage. It is ideally suited for entertaining guests, featuring a loft and media room. The Madeira Grand, with an area of 5,791 square feet or more, has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and an eight-car garage. This new home design boasts an open-concept gathering room, dining room, and kitchen-café area, which gives the home a connected feel. The Livingston Grand design starts at 7,179 square feet and has six to eight bedrooms, up to nine and a half bathrooms, and an eight-car garage. The entrance is graced by elegant double doors that lead into a naturally lit foyer and a dramatic winding staircase.

At The Retreat at Bridgewater, every buyer is assigned a dedicated personal designer to guide them through the luxury home design process. According to the concierge design service offered, buyers can personalize their homes with additional features such as custom pools, designer upgrades and upscale appliance packages at an additional cost.

The Bridgewater community is set to offer its residents fiber internet service with gigabyte speeds, which will be part of the HOA fees. The residences in the community will feature a SmartHome design, ensuring seamless Wi-Fi reliability and increased bandwidth through built-in access points and direct wiring.

Located at 20128 SE Bridgewater Dr. in Jupiter, Bridgewater is conveniently accessed via Island Way and offers seamless connectivity to I-95 and Florida’s Turnpike. Those who own property at Bridgewater can relish the vibrant lifestyle offerings of Palm Beach Gardens and downtown Jupiter, just a short drive away.
