Former Sagamore Hotel Owners Sell Miami Home for Record Price

An off-market deal in Miami that was the priciest sale in San Souci

Real estate transactions in South Florida continue to produce all-time highs. The waterfront property at 1995 NE 118th Road in North Miami recently set a San Souci neighborhood record for $10.6 million.

The home features 264 feet of bayfront property offering views from Indian Creek Island to Downtown Miami. The interiors come with wide stripped oak wood flooring, double-height ceilings and six expansive bedrooms and six bathrooms. It sits on an 18,253 square feet lot that includes a private guest house and a two-car garage. The gated community’s location is within a five-minute drive of Bal Harbour Shops.

Dina Goldentayer with Douglas Elliman represented the buyers and the sellers were Neil and Jennifer Sazant, who Julian Cohen of Coldwell Banker represented.
