HAVN Residences & Yacht Club Unveils First Model Residence

The residence offers a look inside Palm Beach Shores’ newest luxury development.

HAVN Residences & Yacht Club, located in Palm Beach Shores, has recently revealed its inaugural model residence. This fully completed and furnished space, designed by the acclaimed firm Interiors by Steven G., is currently available for sales tours. The unveiling by Johnston Group Capital Management, Inc., an affiliate of Palm Beach Gardens-based Johnston Group Development & Construction, comes shortly after selling one of HAVN’s penthouse residences for $3.62 million.

“We have already received incredibly positive responses from our buyers who can now walk through our model residence and experience the coastal lifestyle that HAVN offers,” says Ryan Johnston, CEO at Johnston Group. “Alongside Steven G., we have worked to ensure every detail speaks to the tranquility and natural beauty of Palm Beach Shores while setting a new standard for luxury in the area.”

Set on 2.5 acres along the Intracoastal Waterway, the 36 spacious residences provide access to various amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness center and a nearby full-service marina. HAVN’s two- and three-bedroom residences offer contemporary waterfront living with a coastal aesthetic that combines sophistication and comfort. The space is adorned with various shades of white, creating a light and airy atmosphere complemented by accents of soft blues. The furniture blends different materials and textures, incorporating leather, wicker, rattan and boucle fabrics, while the lighting fixtures feature shells, wooden beads, and jute, maintaining the coastal ambiance.

“With extensive dock space, direct views of the Intracoastal, and intuitive amenities, there is no doubt that HAVN is offering an unparalleled investment in an exclusive destination,” says Steven G. “Our goal was to further enhance the distinctive spaces that Johnston Group has created with the highest quality materials and products.”

The homes will showcase a spacious layout with private elevator entrances, wood plank porcelain tile, hurricane impact windows, and a fully-equipped laundry room. The modern kitchen will include custom shaker-style cabinets with Quartz countertops and backsplashes, chrome fixtures, wine storage, and Sub-Zero® and Wolf® appliances such as an induction cooktop and French door refrigerator.

Each bedroom will have ample walk-in closets, an en-suite bathroom with double vanity sinks, and a frameless shower. Many units will also offer a standalone soaking tub in the main bathroom. With sizes ranging from 1,832 to 2,662 square feet, the units will feature expansive terraces and balconies with views of the Intracoastal, Peanut Island or the courtyard garden.

“Once you drive over the bridge, it truly feels like you’re on vacation,” says Carlyle Tiller, chief investment officer of Johnston Group. “We wanted that feeling to transcend the destination and into our residences.”

HAVN Residences at 184 Lake Drive offers a waterfront pool, hot tub, and fire pit with a view of the marina and Intracoastal. It also offers BBQ grills, a courtyard garden, a fitness center, private gated storage spaces, a chauffeured golf cart, courtesy bicycles, an on-site concierge team, complimentary kayaks and paddle boards and exclusive beach access with chairs, umbrellas, and cabanas.

Residents who choose a boat slip will have priority access to the yacht club managed by F3 Marina, a fully stocked marina store, fuel and pump-out service and an on-site dock master and maintenance team. With easy access to the Atlantic Ocean and just minutes away from the Gulf Stream, the 52-slip marina provides an excellent environment for boaters.

Pricing starts at $1.7 million for HAVN Residences, with anticipated deliveries beginning in September 2024. Michael Sadov and Daisy Bilbao at Compass have been tapped to oversee sales for the project. For more information, please contact 561-782-4621 or sales@HAVNResidences.com.
