Multifamily Project Eden West in Tamarac Completes Construction

The 212-unit garden-style apartment community provides an abundance of top-notch in-unit amenities.

ANF Group, Inc. has recently finished the construction of Eden West, a 212-unit garden-style multifamily development in Tamarac. Situated at 8601 W. McNab Rd., the development boasts a range of floor plans, offering one, two, and three-bedroom options, plus studios, that cater to different lifestyle preferences and serve families of varying sizes. The floor plans range from 598 square feet to 1,388 square feet.

“As the demand for housing rises, we are proud to be working towards a solution that will provide relief to the residents of our surrounding communities,” Al Fernandez says, president of ANF Group, a full-service construction firm that provides construction management, general contracting, development, and design-build services in South Florida. “Eden West is a great example of modern living for modern families.”

Eden West’s residents can access an impressive array of in-unit amenities tailored to maximize convenience and comfort. These amenities comprise ceiling fans that are located in both the living and master bedrooms, modern cabinetry, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, frameless ceramic tile showers, full-size in-unit washer and dryer, contemporary custom lighting, kitchen islands that come with seating overhang (available in select units), private balconies (available in select units), spacious walk-in closets, stainless steel appliances from Whirlpool, white quartz countertops, and wood-style plank floors throughout. Ceramic tile backsplashes in the kitchen further enhance the overall appeal of these units.

Eden West provides an array of outstanding common area amenities that foster a lively and all-encompassing community experience, in addition to its in-unit amenities. The residents can enjoy numerous facilities, such as the saltwater pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, landscaped greenbelt with outdoor fitness equipment, and a resident club room and lounge with coworking spaces. The property also features open surface parking that can accommodate up to 300 vehicles, electric car charging stations, a yoga and group exercise studio with Fitness on Demand, a sundeck courtyard with shaded cabanas, a veranda with an outdoor kitchen station, and a game room.

Eden West apartments were developed by EDEN Multifamily industry veterans Jay Jacobson and Jay Massirman, along with Sterling Equities.

Drew Limsky joined Lifestyle Media Group in August 2020 as Editor-in-Chief of South Florida Business & Wealth. His first issue of SFBW, October 2020, heralded a reimagined structure, with new content categories and a slew of fresh visual themes. “As sort of a cross between Forbes and Robb Report, with a dash of GQ and Vogue,” Limsky says, “SFBW reflects South Florida’s increasingly sophisticated and dynamic business and cultural landscape.”

Limsky, an avid traveler, swimmer and film buff who holds a law degree and Ph.D. from New York University, likes to say, “I’m a doctor, but I can’t operate—except on your brand.” He wrote his dissertation on the nonfiction work of Joan Didion. Prior to that, Limsky received his B.A. in English, summa cum laude, from Emory University and earned his M.A. in literature at American University in connection with a Masters Scholar Award fellowship.

Limsky came to SFBW at the apex of a storied career in journalism and publishing that includes six previous lead editorial roles, including for some of the world’s best-known brands. He served as global editor-in-chief of Lexus magazine, founding editor-in-chief of custom lifestyle magazines for Cadillac and Holland America Line, and was the founding editor-in-chief of Modern Luxury Interiors South Florida. He also was the executive editor for B2B magazines for Acura and Honda Financial Services, and he served as travel editor for Conde Nast. Magazines under Limsky’s editorship have garnered more than 75 industry awards.

He has also written for many of the country’s top newspapers and magazines, including The New York Times, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Miami Herald, Boston Globe, USA Today, Worth, Robb Report, Afar, Time Out New York, National Geographic Traveler, Men’s Journal, Ritz-Carlton, Elite Traveler, Florida Design, Metropolis and Architectural Digest Mexico.
