New Boca Condo Building Is 70% Sold

With 70% of units sold, the Alina announces the phase one completion of its artfully designed, nine-story, luxury 121-residence property. Developed by El-Ad Group in the heart of Boca Raton, the project boasts 32,000 square feet of outdoor amenity space and an otherworldly spa. Designed by Garcia Stromberg/GS4 Studios, the Alina was brought to life by Moss Construction. Two additional residential buildings are planned for phase two.
