New High-End Residential Complex Unveiled in Downtown Boca Raton

Sales recently launched for 28 private residences priced at $2.5 million to $6.9 million.

Glass House Boca Raton, the first modern glass building in downtown Boca Raton, has been unveiled at 280 E Palmetto Park Road, LLC. The 10-story luxury residential development is located on East Palmetto Park Road and boasts the city’s only rooftop oasis. The rooftop area includes a pool, jacuzzi, catering kitchen, and entertaining space. The development offers 28 residences with ocean and Intracoastal views.

Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is the exclusive sales and marketing team for Glass House Boca Raton, which launched sales in February. The development’s groundbreaking is scheduled for the first quarter of 2025 and is expected to be completed in the fall of 2026. The architects behind the design of Glass House are the renowned West Palm Beach firm Garcia Stromberg, while the interior design is by the prominent designer Wade Hallock of Miami-based Hallock Design Group. The award-winning AGTLAND of Delray Beach is responsible for landscape architecture.

Glass House Boca Raton is at 280 East Palmetto Park Rd., less than one mile from the beach, providing easy access to The Boca Raton through golf cart and shuttle services. The Glass House features a dedicated private entrance and exit on Southeast Third Avenue and a discreet entrance on East Royal Palm Road. Additionally, it is surrounded by desirable restaurants and shopping options.

“Glass House Boca Raton will be the first modern glass building in Downtown Boca Raton, and its ideal location also provides the upscale lifestyle that discerning buyers are seeking,” says Adam Gottbetter, VP of Finance and Development of 280 E Palmetto Park Road, LLC. “From the moment residents enter the garage and take the private, or semi-private, elevator to their spacious residence, they will experience a private sanctuary.”

The residential complex boasts open-concept layouts with two- to four-bedroom floor plans measuring 2,550 to 3,990 square feet. Potential buyers can opt for half or full-floor residences by combining units. All residences have ample living, dining, and entertaining spaces, private or semi-private elevator access, nine-and-a-half-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a full-size laundry room, and a deep, private terrace with glass railings. Some residences feature a den/office. Each unit has fully automated and integrated custom sun-shading/lighting control and air purification systems.

“Glass House Boca Raton is a pioneer among the vibrant transformation happening in Downtown Boca Raton. Glass House provides residents with the best of both worlds — accessibility to top-tier dining and retail and proximity to the best beaches and golf courses,” says Jay Phillip Parker, CEO of Brokerage, Douglas Elliman Florida Region and President of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, Florida. “With sales launching in February 2024, we expect incredible interest in the intimate development.”

The residences offer expansive indoor and outdoor living spaces with private terraces ranging from eight to 12 feet in depth and built-in gas grills. The primary bathrooms are designed to provide a spa-inspired experience and are equipped with dual-sink vanities, water closets, and mosaic shower floors. Additionally, the primary bedrooms feature spacious walk-in closets. The gourmet kitchens boast Italian cabinetry, professional-grade Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances, a gas cooktop, an island, and heat-resistant quartz countertops and backsplash. A curated selection of finish packages is available for customization to cater to individual preferences. The Crestron automation system integrated into the residences allows for seamless lighting, shades, and climate control.

The premier roof deck boasts various amenities such as a private pool, cabanas, an in-pool sun deck, a Jacuzzi, a fire pit, and an outdoor catering kitchen with a BBQ grill. On the first floor is a state-of-the-art fitness center with outdoor turf lanes, a sauna, and a plunge pool. In addition, residents can enjoy the “Palmetto Bar,” a lounge exclusively for them, where they can indulge in demitasse and private seating.

Glass House provides its residents with valet and monitored entries, which include a full-time door attendant. The building offers two levels of underground parking that is air-conditioned and dehumidified. Each residence is allotted two parking spaces, and a limited number of private two-car garages are available. The building provides a residents-only car wash, golf cart parking and charging station, and parking for residents’ bicycles. In addition, Brightline’s new Boca Raton station is located less than one mile away from the Glass House.

Glass House Boca Raton provides a select number of preferred membership opportunities to residents with access to The Boca Raton (previously known as Boca Raton Resort & Club), subject to availability. However, golf is not included in the membership. Resident members can avail of a shuttle stop in the lobby for convenience.

The sales gallery is located at 221 E Palmetto Park Rd. For more information, call 561-232-2644.
