New Townhomes in Greenacres Aims to Provide Affordable Living

As high demand for South Florida real estate continues to drive first-time homebuyers out of the market, a new housing development aims to provide more opportunities for those struggling to find a reasonably priced home.

PulteGroup recently announced a townhome development project in Greenacres called Ranchette Square. The goal is to target first-time homebuyers and other buyers working on a budget by providing 74 townhomes priced in the $300,000s.

“Ranchette Square will be one of the few places in Palm Beach County where homeownership will still be affordable,” says Brent Baker, president of PulteGroup’s southeast region, a national homebuilding company. “There will be no community development district fee which can add additional costs to a new home.”

The homes feature well-appointed kitchens, open living spaces and private owner’s suites within minutes of Downtown West Palm Beach, Wellington and the Palm Beach International (PBI) airport.

The community will sit on 10.5 acres on Ranchette Road in Greenacres. Pre-sales are expected to begin in the summer of 2022 and buyers can choose from two floor plans, each featuring three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms.

Pre-sales are expected to begin in the summer of 2022. For more information, visit  here.
