PMG Unveils One Twenty Brickell Residences

The property will feature dedicated office suites and over 60,000 square feet amenities.

National developer PMG is set to launch One Twenty Brickell Residences, a luxurious 34-story residential tower in the vibrant neighborhood of Brickell. The building at 120 S.W. 8th St. will offer 240 fully furnished residences, each with a unique deeded office suite per unit and over 60,000 square feet of exclusive amenities. PMG Residential will lead the sales for the project, which is scheduled to commence next week.

“Brickell is one of the most vibrant and rapidly evolving neighborhoods in Miami, placing those who choose to call it home within walking distance of world-class institutions, restaurants, and brands at every turn,” Ryan Shear says, Managing Partner at PMG. “One Twenty Brickell Residences is a very unique yet fitting offering for the area in that it not only offers residents a flexible residential setting, but also answers the growing demand for Class-A office space and personal workspaces with each unit receiving its own deeded office space.”

One Twenty Brickell Residences offers a unique feature of dedicated office suites, which are deeded individually to residents upon their purchase of a condo unit. The private office suites are equipped with locking access, a desk and chair, two guest chairs, a wallpaper accent wall, and complimentary Wi-Fi to make working convenient for residents. In addition, residents can enjoy complimentary concierge secretary service, private office elevators, a reception area, and a coffee station. The property also offers a reservable conference room with an eight-person capacity conference table, a 72-inch smart TV with a mounted camera, a conference phone, and complimentary Wi-Fi to facilitate meetings and conferences.

One Twenty Brickell Residences will showcase a remarkable level of design and exclusivity in its studio- to three-bedroom apartments, with sizes ranging from 451 to 1,395 square feet. The well-known architecture firm Sieger Suarez Architects designed the property and features interiors by Cotofana Designs. Each apartment will boast fully integrated kitchens with custom countertops, backsplashes, and a contemporary under-mount sink, along with high-end appliances, imported and custom kitchen and bathroom cabinetry by Italkraft, WaterWorks bathroom fixtures, glass-enclosed showers, fully built-out closets in the primary bedrooms, designer polymer wood flooring, flooring selections recommended by Cotofana Designs, a contemporary lighting package, and a built-in top-of-the-line washer and dryer. Additionally, residents can enjoy the convenience of PMG’s smart home technology, which offers a seamless, personalized experience with just the touch of a button.

One Twenty Brickell Residences has over 60,000 square feet of amenities that serve as an extension of the home, giving residents remarkable services and social experiences indoors and outdoors. The amenities comprise a pickleball court with courtside seating, a kid’s club and gym, a sky bar and lounge, a cafe and juice bar, an infinity-edge pool with sunset views, and a dog run. The property’s Wellness and Fitness center is thoughtfully designed to help residents care for their well-being. The wellness and fitness center has steam, sauna, and treatment rooms, a relaxation area with outdoor terraces, a state-of-the-art fitness studio with the latest high-tech equipment, a movement studio, and a yoga lawn. Personalized services, including a building and wellness concierge, fully centralized management of the property, and smart-building technology, allow residents to make the most of every moment. BIOGRAPHY

Drew Limsky joined Lifestyle Media Group in August 2020 as Editor-in-Chief of South Florida Business & Wealth. His first issue of SFBW, October 2020, heralded a reimagined structure, with new content categories and a slew of fresh visual themes. “As sort of a cross between Forbes and Robb Report, with a dash of GQ and Vogue,” Limsky says, “SFBW reflects South Florida’s increasingly sophisticated and dynamic business and cultural landscape.”

Limsky, an avid traveler, swimmer and film buff who holds a law degree and Ph.D. from New York University, likes to say, “I’m a doctor, but I can’t operate—except on your brand.” He wrote his dissertation on the nonfiction work of Joan Didion. Prior to that, Limsky received his B.A. in English, summa cum laude, from Emory University and earned his M.A. in literature at American University in connection with a Masters Scholar Award fellowship.

Limsky came to SFBW at the apex of a storied career in journalism and publishing that includes six previous lead editorial roles, including for some of the world’s best-known brands. He served as global editor-in-chief of Lexus magazine, founding editor-in-chief of custom lifestyle magazines for Cadillac and Holland America Line, and was the founding editor-in-chief of Modern Luxury Interiors South Florida. He also was the executive editor for B2B magazines for Acura and Honda Financial Services, and he served as travel editor for Conde Nast. Magazines under Limsky’s editorship have garnered more than 75 industry awards.

He has also written for many of the country’s top newspapers and magazines, including The New York Times, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Miami Herald, Boston Globe, USA Today, Worth, Robb Report, Afar, Time Out New York, National Geographic Traveler, Men’s Journal, Ritz-Carlton, Elite Traveler, Florida Design, Metropolis and Architectural Digest Mexico. His other clients have included Four Seasons, Acqualina Resort & Residences, Yahoo!, American Airlines, Wynn, Douglas Elliman and Corcoran.
