Real Estate Developer Launches Sales for Aria Reserve Miami

The opportunity to buy a residence in a 62-story, twin-tower luxury waterfront condominium development in Miami has arrived. The twin-tower luxury waterfront development in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood is expected to be the tallest waterfront residential tower in the U.S. once it’s completed in 2024.

The properties were designed by Arquitectonica and feature 391 residences and penthouses spread across five access of waterfront land at 700 NE 24th Street in Biscayne Bay. The South Tower is expected to begin construction in early 2022.

Floor plans for one to four-bedroom units range between 1,100 and 2,600 square feet. The 15 available penthouses feature 3,500 to over 9,000 square feet of living space. The price point begins at $750,000 to over $2 million for the regular residences, while penthouses are priced up to $12 million.

“This type of waterfront, luxury condominium opportunity simply no longer exists in Miami at this price point,” says Martin Melo, Co-Principal of the Melo Group. “With more than two acres of open-air amenities, spaciously oversized luxury residences, and an unmatched waterfront location, Aria Reserve is sure to appeal to local empty-nesters as well as out-of-market domestic and international residents looking to relocate to and live full-time in Miami.”
