Regency Development Group Launches La Maré’s Bay Villa Collection

The condos are equivalent to single-family homes in terms of square footage but are located in a building that allows Bay Harbor home living.

The limited Bay Villa Collection by La Maré is set to transform the standard of condominium living in Bay Harbor Islands. Chicago-based Regency Development Group will launch this three-unit collection, priced at $8 million each.

Located in the heart of Bay Harbor, the Bay Villa Collection at La Maré is a unique offering that allows condo owners to enjoy the best of both worlds. These units, which act as single-family homes, provide access to La Maré’s world-class amenities. The Bay Villas, which are ultra-exclusive with only three units, boast four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a powder room, spanning 5,128 square feet. Each Bay Villa offers stairs leading directly to the lower-level pool deck, where a private pool, summer kitchen, and backyard space await. Like other La Maré units, the Bay Villas offers large living areas, generous closets (including his and her closets in the owner’s suite), and ample storage spaces. The kitchens have stone countertops and top-of-the-line Miele appliances, such as a coffee system and wine fridge. The primary bathrooms feature dual showers, deep soaking tubs, and elegant Italian fixtures by Antonio Lupi. To top it all off, wrap-around balconies enhance the stunning bay views and impeccable finishes of the Bay Villas.

La Maré, situated at 9927 and 9781 East Bay Harbor Drive, boasts two exclusive collections of condos – the Regency and Signature Collections. The Regency Collection comprises 33 units spread over eight stories, featuring two to four bedrooms and spanning 1,600 to 4,300 square feet. On the other hand, the Signature Collection showcases nine luxurious units that boast three and four bedrooms, ranging from 2,200 to 4,300 square feet. The visionary Kobi Karp has designed the vertical tropical luxury villas at La Maré. At the same time, the acclaimed Debora Aguiar, known for her work on the renowned 1 Hotel South Beach, leads the interior design team to create spaces that exude sophistication and timeless beauty.
