Run on the runway

Trustbridge Hospice Foundation and Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport are partnering to host the inaugural Uptown 5K on the Runway on April 13. Runners and walkers can register and create team fundraising pages at www.tbfdn.org/uptown5Kftl or by texting “uptown” to 71777. “This event is the first of its kind in the history of our foundation, and we are excited to see ‘compassion take flight’ as runners and walkers take to the runway and participate in this fun family event, which also benefits the patients and families served by Trustbridge hospice in our community,” says Greg Leach, president of Trustbridge Hospice Foundation.
