Sales Begin for Atlantic Village as ISG World Expands Commercial Property Portfolio

It will be Hallandale Beach's newest 12-story office building.

ISG World, a luxury real estate sales, marketing, and research firm based in South Florida, has recently been chosen as the exclusive sales and marketing team for the fourth phase of Atlantic Village. This 12-story office building in Hallandale Beach is part of Grupo Eco’s Atlantic Village, a mixed-use high-end lifestyle development transforming the area. The office-condo tower is a significant addition to the project and marks the fulfillment of Phase 4 of the development.

The mixed-use Atlantic Village development on Federal Highway is currently in its fourth phase, including 97,735 square feet of office space spread across the top five floors. In addition, the building will contain 7,745 square feet of ground-floor space that will be designated for retail and restaurant purposes. For convenience, a parking garage spanning from the ground floor to the seventh floor will be available, providing 298 parking spaces.

“We are excited to announce that ISG World has been chosen as the exclusive sales and marketing team for the fourth phase of Atlantic Village, a vibrant mixed-use development located on Federal Highway,” Craig Studnicky says, CEO of ISG World. “This marks our entry into the commercial real estate space, driven by the extremely low vacancy in the Aventura area.”

The planned 12-story building will feature a vast collection of general offices ranging from 1,200 square feet to 20,300 square feet per floor. These medical-use offices are located on floors eight through 12. The building has implemented green initiatives, such as energy-efficient impact-resistant glass, a central HVAC system, and two signature elevators with hospital capabilities, in line with the trend of commercial spaces becoming more eco-friendly. Its prime location, just a mile from Aventura, grants residents and tenants of Atlantic Village access to world-class amenities, activities and events in the surrounding area.

“We have full confidence in ISG World’s commitment to the community and their prominent position as market leaders in the industry,” Salomon Sutton says, CEO of Grupo Eco. “With their partnership, we are certain that Atlantic Village will rise as a premier, mixed-use destination. The office phase of Atlantic Village presents vast potential to become a vibrant hub, and our collaboration with ISG World further intensifies our enthusiasm. Together, we are poised to accomplish remarkable feats and establish a thriving environment that surpasses all expectations.”

ISG World boasts a noteworthy track record of providing tailor-made real estate marketing, sales, and administrative solutions. By successfully selling more than $12 billion worth of real estate through 110 projects since 1992, the company has established itself as a leader in the industry. This success is primarily due to its extensive network of real estate professionals, which includes top national and international brokers. Collaborating with highly skilled architects and developers worldwide over the past three decades, ISG World has leveraged its research, data, sales, and marketing capabilities to help its clients achieve sales of over $18 billion and sell 23,172 residences.

The fourth phase of the mixed-use development is slated for completion in October 2023. Daniel Chaberman leads the sales team. Prices start at $715,000. For more information, please visit atlanticvillageprofessionalcenter.com.
