Sales Commence for Luxurious Salato Pompano Beach

The new sales gallery for Salato Pompano Beach, the latest ultra-luxury development of U.S. Development nestled along the city’s coastline, has been recently opened. As the construction start date approaches, 25% of the units have already been contracted, and there is a strong interest from domestic, local, and international buyers.

The 3200 E. Atlantic Blvd. sales gallery is just a few blocks from the project site. It allows prospective buyers to understand the reasons behind Salato’s appeal, primarily in its unmatched combination of privacy, amenities, and lifestyle. It features the project’s interior design and furnishings, which have been crafted by the award-winning Interiors by Steven G. Additionally, it boasts a full-scale model that provides buyers with a comprehensive view of the building and interactive multimedia presentations that include 3D and drone videos.

“We are excited to unveil our sales gallery, which demonstrates how Salato offers something that truly does not exist in the marketplace,” John Farina says, CEO of U.S. Development, a real estate development and management firm specializing in ultra-luxury condominiums and multifamily/mixed-use buildings. “Luxury buyers want an alternative to a standard high-rise building with too much density. Salato is addressing that desire with its 40 private residences and expansive oversized terraces in a building with amenities that are superior to its much larger counterparts and the best location in Pompano Beach.”

Salato’s 40 residences are located at 305 Briny Ave, just across from Pompano Beach’s oceanfront. The property is steps away from the Pompano Pier. It includes six penthouses, all designed by Randall Stofft Architects, with Interiors by Steven G. The features include floor-to-ceiling windows that offer views of the Atlantic Ocean, direct beach access, and an open-air, covered amenity level that spans over 20,000 square feet and is designed to feel like a world-class luxury resort.

“Luxury buyers have been clamoring for a boutique product on the beach with a single-family feel,” Dustin Salzano says, CFO of U.S. Development. “From West Broward County homeowners seeking a lifestyle change to residents of the Northeast U.S. and Canada, Salato is accommodating that demand. Opening our brand-new sales gallery so close to the project site will only intensify interest going forward.”

The individual residences at Salato feature open floorplans with extra wide living spaces and generously sized 14-foot-deep terraces that range from 320 to 746 square feet, providing ample room for hosting open-air gatherings. The amenities at Salato are comparable to those offered by five-star resorts, including an ocean-view pool and spa with a separate wet deck and loungers, a poolside lounge suite with a covered bar and loggia, dry saunas and steam showers, a massage room, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and an event space complete with a private catering kitchen.

Douglas Elliman Development Marketing (DEDM) oversees sales, while marketing is IMI Worldwide’s responsibility. For more information and to schedule a private appointment, visit SalatoResidences.com or contact 954-284-0090.

BIOGRAPHY

Drew Limsky joined Lifestyle Media Group in August 2020 as Editor-in-Chief of South Florida Business & Wealth. His first issue of SFBW, October 2020, heralded a reimagined structure, with new content categories and a slew of fresh visual themes. “As sort of a cross between Forbes and Robb Report, with a dash of GQ and Vogue,” Limsky says, “SFBW reflects South Florida’s increasingly sophisticated and dynamic business and cultural landscape.”

Limsky, an avid traveler, swimmer and film buff who holds a law degree and Ph.D. from New York University, likes to say, “I’m a doctor, but I can’t operate—except on your brand.” He wrote his dissertation on the nonfiction work of Joan Didion. Prior to that, Limsky received his B.A. in English, summa cum laude, from Emory University and earned his M.A. in literature at American University in connection with a Masters Scholar Award fellowship.

Limsky came to SFBW at the apex of a storied career in journalism and publishing that includes six previous lead editorial roles, including for some of the world’s best-known brands. He served as global editor-in-chief of Lexus magazine, founding editor-in-chief of custom lifestyle magazines for Cadillac and Holland America Line, and was the founding editor-in-chief of Modern Luxury Interiors South Florida. He also was the executive editor for B2B magazines for Acura and Honda Financial Services, and he served as travel editor for Conde Nast. Magazines under Limsky’s editorship have garnered more than 75 industry awards.

He has also written for many of the country’s top newspapers and magazines, including The New York Times, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Miami Herald, Boston Globe, USA Today, Worth, Robb Report, Afar, Time Out New York, National Geographic Traveler, Men’s Journal, Ritz-Carlton, Elite Traveler, Florida Design, Metropolis and Architectural Digest Mexico.
