The iconic Continuum residential towers in Miami Beach entered into the final phase of a massive concrete foundation restoration project intended to last 18 months, which started before the pandemic. This effort serves as an excellent example of the type of early preventative maintenance measures that other oceanfront properties might want to emulate. The Continuum was built in 2000.
