Yupix and Lofty Brickell Team Up to Provide Next-Level Meta-Reality Tours

Potential buyers can now get a taste of what it’s like to live in a luxurious waterfront condo that will be located in Miami’s bustling Financial District.

Newgard Development Group remains committed to finding new ways to improve the preconstruction experience for luxury residential properties. Its latest venture involves teaming up with Yupix, an immersive technology platform, to provide meta-reality tours of its Lofty Brickell development.

Lofty is a 44-story condominium high-rise located on the Miami River in the financial district of Miami. It is the crown jewel of Newgard’s flexible ownership concept and has already become one of the most sought-after buildings in the Miami condo market. Through the partnership, a Cervera Real Estate representative, the exclusive sales and marketing partner for Lofty, will be present at YUPIX’s Wynwood facility to assist real estate agents and potential buyers as they navigate the multisensory experience.

“The term gamechanger is overused, but YUPIX is truly changing the game when it comes to preconstruction sales,” Cervera Real Estate Managing Partner Alicia Cervera Lamadrid says. “Buyers are increasingly more discerning when considering where to purchase in Miami. Having the ability to take someone inside a luxury building long before its completion is a major competitive advantage for a project like LOFTY.”

With Yupix’s innovative technology, participants can experience the sensation of strolling through Lofty’s extravagant penthouses and indulgent amenity spaces, all while enjoying breathtaking views from various angles.

“We always strive to push boundaries and redefine what is possible through our developments,” Newgard Development Group CEO Harvey Hernandez says. “Partnering with YUPIX accomplishes that and showcases LOFTY in a new and innovative way. The LOFTY team cannot wait to welcome our buyers to the LOFTY metaverse.”
