SFMA Hosts Recognition of Excellence Ceremony on June 20

The South Florida Manufacturers Association (SFMA) proudly announces its upcoming Recognition of Excellence Ceremony on June 20, 2024. The ceremony promises an extraordinary evening that will leave attendees mesmerized. Randstad is proud to present the prestigious 2024 Manufacturer-of-the-Year and Employee-of-the-Year awards, which honor outstanding manufacturing operations and talent development achievements. There are 25 finalists for the Manufacturer of the Year and 110 Employee of the Year nominees from Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach counties, and the Treasure Coast, all vying for these esteemed accolades.

“At the SFMA, we believe in celebrating excellence at every level of the manufacturing ecosystem,” says Matthew Rocco, president of SFMA, a nonprofit trade association founded in 1961 to support and promote manufacturers in South Florida. “Our Recognition of Excellence Ceremony is not just a night of glamour; it’s a tribute to the dedication, innovation, and talent that drives our industry forward.” 

Rocco emphasized that as Florida has become the 10th largest state in the nation for manufacturing, South Florida will undoubtedly be in the spotlight, showcasing the strength of manufacturers in our region. He also mentioned that this gala event guarantees an unforgettable experience, bringing together manufacturers, suppliers, and industry leaders for an evening of networking and celebration.
