West Palm Beach Becomes New Headquarters for PulteGroup

As the housing market in South Florida continues to set new records and outpace demand, PulteGroup, a home building company, is making space to accommodate the market growth. The national company based in Atlanta, Georgia, will lease 15,400 square feet at the Centrepark office complex located at 1475 Centrepark Blvd. in West Palm Beach to meet growing operations in the area.

“This move gives us additional space we need to accommodate our growing team in the Southeast Florida region and gives buyers a single location to visit to pick out their flooring, faucets and other design elements,” says Brent Baker, president of PulteGroup’s Southeast Division.

The new office lease will serve as a regional headquarters and home design center to provide space for 70 employees. As the nation’s third-largest homebuilder, PulteGroup was recently named one of the 2021 Fortunate 100 Best Companies to Work For. The company operates in 40 markets around the U.S. and plans to finish over 1,100 homes in the South Florida area and open seven new communities in 2021.
